Executive Director

Dave joined PCCE in November, 2023 after serving as the director of civic engagement offices at Ithaca College and Colorado College. He has a PhD in Sociology from Boston College, where his dissertation focused on meaning-making and identity formation in service learning programs. Dave lives in Ithaca, NY and loves spending time outdoors and exploring the region with his partner, two young children, and dog.

Grants and Financial Manager

Michele began working with PCCE in 1990 and has served the organization in various capacities.  Outside of work, Michele enjoys camping, reading, volunteering, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and two son-in-laws.

Director of AmeriCorps Programs

Lucio Perez, an AmeriCorps VISTA alum and Program Director at PCCE, holds an MSW with a focus on International and Community Development from Monmouth University. A first-generation professional from Oaxaca, Mexico, he has over six years of experience advancing nonprofit capacity-building. Outside of work, Lucio enjoys hiking with his two dogs and mentoring young leaders passionate about social impact and community engagement.

Director of Communications

Danelle began working with PCCE in 2018 as an AmeriCorps VISTA Leader before transitioning to a full-time staff member in 2019. She has a BSW and MSW from Shippensburg University. In her free time Danelle enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and DIY and crafting projects.
